Davidson Homes uses a remote assistance package called Screen Connect, which allows the technician to remotely connect to and control your computer, in which they can make repairs, help with installation of software or troubleshoot some issues.
You have two options:
1. Download the client here, and go through the installation process.
Note: Once installed, the client stays on your system, allowing the technician to connect again in the future more quickly.
2. Alternatively, contact Davidson Homes technical support and ask for a temporary support session. The technician will then generate a new session, and provide you with a link, generally by email, that you will need to click on.
Note: This session is temporary and no software or client is installed. However, another session will need to be created again for future repairs.
